To be a member

Go to Homepage,

Click “I want to be a member”,

Fill the required areas,

Sign in again,

On the right, top, you will recognize “My Account” button.

Now you are a member.

To contact the project coordinator

Click “Get-in Touch / Form” from main navigation,

Fill the required areas,

Press “Send Contact Form Now” button.

To use chat platforms

Be a member first,

If you are already a member please follow info below;

Homepage

Click “Teachers / Chat” or “Student / Chat” (It depends on your member status)

Fill the “Username” and “Password” area then click to “Enter Chat” button.

Or

Sign in

Mouse-over “Teachers” then click “Chat” (If you are a teacher)

Mouse-over “Students” then click “Chat” (If you are a student)

Chat platform will open directly.

Choose a room. Room 1 is default.

See online person on right area.

You may select colour, font, font size. So, you may customize it.

Click open area at bottom on the left side of “Send” button.

Write your message then click “Send” button or enter on keyboard.

Your writings will be shown italic on your because of differentiation.

Other users will see your writings with your setup.

To exit, please click to “Exit” button.

To Save and Check Chat History

“History” button is for saving the current chat.

Click “History” button,

Type name and click “save”.

You may check your recordings from

Click “My Account”

Click “Chat History”

See saved chat files, click to “open”.

To Use Poll

It is open to everyone. No need to sign in.

Homepage

Click “Teachers / Poll” or “Student / Poll” (It depends on your member status)

Click check box and fill text or click check box only for your answer,

Click “Vote it” button.

Mouse-over “Teachers” then click “Poll” (If you are a teacher)

Mouse-over “Students” then click “Poll” (If you are a student)

Click check box and fill text or click check box only for your answer,

Click “Vote it” button.

To edit user information

Sign in first,

Click “My Account” button.

Edit user info,

Save again.

To see news

Homepage,

Click floating news at “Latest News”,

See details.

Or

Mouse-over to the main navigation “Get News” then click “News Archive”,

Select the news from combo box.

To see Calendar

Mouse-over to the main navigation “Get News” then click “Calendar of events”,

See details.

To use Downloads

No need to sign in.

Click from the main navigation “Downloads” then choose a category,

See files,

Click name of file to save or open the file.

Type your word then click “GO” button.

About Forum

General Forum is for everyone, no need to sign in.

Sign in first.

Click “Teachers / Forum” or “Student / Forum” (It depends on your member status)

Or

From the main navigation,

Mouse-over “Teachers” then click “Forum” (If you are a teacher)

Mouse-over “Students” then click “Forum” (If you are a student)

Choose a topic,

Post “Quick Reply” or “Quote” below the message

Or

On the right under the main navigation you will notice “New Topic” and “Post Reply” button.

Click “Post Reply” and submit your message.

Only admin has allowed to you to open a new topic.
